Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 14 days; please note that clearance items and custom orders are final sale.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the outside of the box with your assigned RA number before shipping via a tracked service.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding initial shipping costs.
